Today’s press release from the Indiana Association of Realtors®, was good news all over Indiana. Sales prices are increasing, demand is very high, and home values are on the rise.

The Hamilton County, Indiana Real Estate Market is also looking very good. Closed sales were up 6%, Monthly Inventory is still very low at 3.3 months, median sales price was all the way up to $245,000, and closed sales are up 4.2% year to date.
