I think a regular blog for Realtors is as important as any other form of marketing, advertising or self promotion. Blogging gives an agent the opportunity to share with his client base the expert knowledge they are gained in the market. Real Estate is such a relational business and people select a Realtor that they know, like and trust. So building that relationship is job 1. Regular blogging can be the most efficient and least expensive way to take your knowledge to your client base and prospects. Don’t be discouraged by responses or clicks but be encouraged by that one person you reached that was able to make a better decision because you took the time to educate them a little bit more then the next guy.
