Union Row Westfield was designed around the idea of people wanting to live in a downtown and walkable environment but not over built or priced so high only a small percentage of buyers could consider it as an option.  If you go to the popular Hamilton County and Indianapolis communities the downtown living options are awesome but like Carmel and Zionsville, they are priced in line with the demand so finding something below say $700,000 can be a challenge.  So we decided a small neighborhood built around the local amenities and priced reasonably was the answer to what downtown Westfield had not been offered to date.  So what makes Union Row Westfield different?  I will explain below:

  1.  Design – Its easy to build big homes in a neighborhood and target families in a place like Westfield but that doesn’t fly in an infill environment.  Well appointed homes with efficient spaces and stylist designs seem to always hit the note for these buyers.  High end kitchens but no dining rooms are a must.  Main floor master suites are a given and the option of a basement for visiting friends and family go a long way.  All of this is wanted in a home small enough for a couple or small family to maintain and not feel overwhelmed.   
  2. Amenities – The location is the amenities and we have found that the buyers understand that.  If you are building for families they want a large yard, pools and neighborhood features that just can’t be part of an infill development so we have used the location as the prime amenity.  Being able to use the new hot restaurants, the beautiful new Grand Junction Plaza and most of all be on the Midland/Monon Trail system seem to all be the major draws for potential customers.  
  3. Lifestyle – Can you imagine waking up on a weekend morning and walking to breakfast or ending a weekend at the local theatre just steps from your front door?  Or just inviting friends and neighbors over for a drink before walking to one of our amazing restaurants.  
  4. Value – I can’t imagine trying to build in downtown Carmel right now a similar product in a similar location at a similar price.  It just doesn’t exist and it doesn’t come back.  Now that Westfield is on the map the Union Row Westfield homes will be a fantastic asset for you when you are ready to move on.  Lot prices are not going down and the amenities and demand to live downtown is not dropping so being able to build a custom home at Union Row Westfield at a good price is a special time.
